Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Support business development activities by identifying and approaching potential customers and business opportunities in the software testing and QA services sector.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and social media activities to promote our services.
• Networking: Participate in client meetings, workshops, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Track the sales pipeline and maintain updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Branding: Support branding and awareness activities to enhance the company’s reputation in the testing services market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of software development or software testing concepts is a plus.
• Experience in IT services or technology companies is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of software testing services (e.g., Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proactive and target-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
