Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and impactful learning experiences. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality digital learning solutions that drive business transformation.

You will be a learning architect who leverages the latest in AI, video technology, and advanced authoring tools to build engaging educational ecosystems. You will take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an end-to-end L&D design project, from initial needs analysis and conceptualization through to development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Identify the learning and development needs and priorities of individuals, teams, or departments within the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and design of learning programs, workshops, courses, and training materials that align with organizational objectives and address identified learning needs.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) as Oracle Learning or Moodle or other training platforms to facilitate the delivery of online courses, track training progress, and generate reports.
  • Design and develop sophisticated, interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360, leveraging advanced features such as variables and triggers to create adaptive, scenario-based learning paths.
  • Serve as the technical expert for SCORM and xAPI standards; upload, test, and troubleshoot content packages to ensure seamless tracking and data integration across various Learning Management Systems.
  • Create compelling learning assets, including long-form interactive courses and short-form rapid video content, as evidenced by a strong professional portfolio.
  • Utilize Canva for professional infographics and Photoshop/Illustrator for basic image editing and asset refinement to enhance visual design.

 

Qualifications

The Required Toolkit:

To be successful in this role, you must possess demonstrable experience with the following specific technologies:

  • Video & AI: HeyGen (Avatars/Translation) and Movavi (Rapid editing/Screen capture) or any other similar tools.
  • Authoring: Articulate 360 (Expert level with Variables/Triggers).
  • LMS: Proven experience in LMS Administration and SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting.
  • Design: Canva for infographics; basic and, or Photoshop/Illustrator for image editing.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluent in English is a must, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Educational Technology (EdTech), or a related L&D role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Computer Science (CS), Business, or any other related field.
  • ITI graduates are highly preferred. We value the practical, hands-on technical foundation that ITI provides.
  • A strong portfolio is required. It must demonstrate your ability to build both long-form interactive courses (showcasing your use of variables/triggers) and short-form rapid video content.
  • Fluent in French is a major plus.
