We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused QA Engineer to support end-to-end testing activities while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and engagement.
Responsibilities
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure clear alignment on testing scope and deliverables
Analyze business and system requirements to ensure completeness and testability
Design and implement comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
Execute test cases and document results accurately
Identify, report, and manage defects through proper tracking tools
Provide regular status reports on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics
Actively participate in customer meetings and provide testing insights
Provide onsite support
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and customer-interfacing skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
