We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant Sales professional to act as a strategic trusted advisor to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by understanding complex client challenges in sectors like Banking, Insurance, Financial Institutions, and Oil & Gas, and architecting high-value IT solutions. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and C-level relationships to sell our portfolio of IT services, including Application Development, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data & Analytics, and Digital Transformation/AI.
Strategic Client Engagement & Business Development:
Act as a trusted advisor by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through a deep understanding of client business objectives, industry trends, and pain points.
Solution Architecture & Value Selling:
Conduct pre-sales and collaborate with delivery teams to design and propose tailored IT service solutions (Application Development, Testing, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data, AI) that address specific client needs and regulatory requirements, emphasizing business value and ROI.
End-to-End Deal Leadership:
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to strategic client engagement, proposal co-creation, complex negotiation, and successful closure.
C-Level Relationship Management:
Cultivate and leverage strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams to become a partner of choice.
Market Insight & Competitive Positioning:
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strategically position our services and provide valuable insights to both clients and internal leadership.
Sales Forecasting & Strategic Reporting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports to senior leadership, offering a clear view of the business landscape and growth opportunities.

Proven track record as a Senior Sales Consultant, Strategic Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar client-facing strategic role within the IT services industry.
Demonstrable experience selling complex IT service solutions (e.g., Application Development, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data, AI) to the Banking, Insurance, Financial Institutions, and/or Oil & Gas sectors.
Established network and proven ability to build rapport and credibility with C-level executives and senior IT leaders.
Strong consultative selling and solutioning skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and translate them into a compelling value proposition.
A collaborative and strategic team player, adept at working with cross-functional teams to craft winning solutions.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong drive to succeed.
