We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team.
Responsibilities
Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to fulfill Expleo’s hiring needs (sourcing, screening, coordinating and scheduling interviews to build a strong talent pipeline).
ATS Management: Keeping track of all applicants via the ATS and ensuring applicants are informed about the application process.
Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process and the induction program for new hires.
Travel Management: Coordinating travel arrangements for employees and assisting with visa issuance.
SAP System Management: Maintaining employee records and data within the SAP system.
Event Coordination: Planning, organizing, and executing company events, such as team-building events, workshops, and employment fairs.
Qualifications
Fluency in German and English is a MUST
Bachelor's Degree – preferred in Human Resources Management, or similar field of study
Experience with an ATS is a plus
Experience in SAP is a major plus.

Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent team player with the ability to work individually.
