We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with fluency in French. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms and techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews in both English and French, ensuring clear communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
