We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with fluency in French. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms and techniques.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct interviews in both English and French, ensuring clear communication with candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
4+ years of experiencein recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
Fluency in French and English(spoken and written) ismandatory.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
