Works independently taking full responsibility for a certain area within Business Analysis. Primary role in Business Analysis acting as a key interface between the technical project team and user communities. This position serves as a liaison between the technical team and subject matter experts/end users.

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Eliciting, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements
  • Translating business needs into clear specifications

• Stakeholder Management
  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Managing expectations and resolving conflicts
  • Building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Process Modeling & Improvement
  • Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process maps using tools like BPMN or flowcharts
  • Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements

• Documentation & Specification
  • Writing clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and User Stories
  • Maintaining traceability matrices

• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
  • Breaking down complex problems
  • Evaluating solutions and impacts

Essential:

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience as Business Analyst
• Excellent/Fluent Command in written and spoken English language
• Flexible to work onsite, or from home or from the client's site
• Tools Proficiency
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Requirements and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Agile & SDLC Understanding
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Understanding of Waterfall and hybrid SDLC approaches
• Familiar with ISTQB
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus (not a must)
• Fluency in German is a major plus (not a must)
